Applications for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program, (LIHEAP) will be accepted through April 30 by the West Des Moines Human Services Office at their new location at 139 6th Street. Applications will be accepted Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. nd on Wednesdays from 8 a.m. until noon. Applicants are encouraged to schedule appointments in advance by calling (515) 222-3660.
